With the aid of a File Server or a NAS Drive, two folders can be setup (Jobs and Leads) as a mapped drive so that Jobman can create from the Template To Copy folder where you can set up your own file structure for future Leads and Jobs. Attachments like photos, PDF’s, Word Docs’s, Drawing program files and alike can be saved directly to the mapped drive so that these can be accessed anywhere you have Jobman Access. This feature is also viewable and fully featured on the Tablet Interface where you can download files saved to this location and upload a file or multiple files for remote access.

Jobman will automatically create a folder for each new Lead as Year/Month/Lead Number and Job as JobNumber/Company Name/Address/Suburb.
