JOB APPLIANCE DETAIL – PDF ORIENTATION

The Print to PDF option from within Job Appliance details can be configured to a Portrait or Landscape format to suit user preferences and is located here Admin>Extra>Config.

Use the search toolbar located at the bottom right of the screen to find the correct config variable using terms such as ‘appliance’ or similar.  The config variable PDF_ORIENTATION_JOB_APPLIANCE_DETAIL appears. Double click to select and edit the config (Portrait or landscape are the available options). 

This setting is typed in and will change the orientation for all print jobs from the Appliance tab. This will have to be changed in the config variable and cannot be changed from the print settings in a job.
