Lead Types can be found under Admin in Sales.
Defining “Lead Types” is much the same as “Job Types”. Setting up a clear and concise sales process is paramount to many businesses. Defining the type of lead will determine the flow that this lead should follow. This will allow for different lead times which can set different Automatic Email Triggers so that Jobman goes to work for you. Some examples of Lead types are Commercial, Builder, Residential and if your processes are different for the same Lead Type you might want to differentiate between them by having Builder Small, Builder Medium, Builder Large or Builder and Builder (Account).
You may have different Lead Types or quantities to Job Types and when a Lead automatically turns into a Job the type needs to be set. To make this happen by default, first you must have your Job Types established. Then you can assign what type of Lead will turn into a Job Type.
To edit a Lead Type, double-click anywhere in the required type row to show the edit form.
