LEAD OPERATION SETUP

See what Operations are connected to different Lead Types.

If no boxes (Lead Types) are ticked for an Operation, then that Operation will apply to all Lead Types. This means this operation will appear in every lead’s checklist as an operation to be completed for that lead. An example of this is shown in the below image. ‘Lead Entered’ has no lead types ticked and therefore will apply to all Lead Types and appear in every lead’s checklist as an operation to complete. 

This is to help speed up the process of setting up your operations. It is a quick reference guide to the Operation Type set upfor new ‘Lead Types’. This screen will facilitate the Operation setup and it assists in establishing & ‘ticking off’ the Lead Types linked to an operation within a specific Lead Status.
