Set up much the same as Job Operations. You should enter all the Operations needed for the Sales process to be completed to secure a job. It’s a good idea to workshop this process if it has not yet been defined but there are examples below to help get you started.
Average Hours: The average time allocated for this operation. For example, if you were to enter 0.25 in the average hours for a lead operation type, you are suggesting this will take 15 minutes.
Percent Complete: The percentage this Operation Type contributes towards the completion of the overall lead process.
