Is a cheat sheet to see what operations are connected to what Job Types.
If no boxes (Job Types) are ticked for an Operation, that Operation will apply to all Job Types.
An example of this is shown in the below image. ‘Job Setup’ has no Job Types ticked and therefore will apply to all Job Types.
This is to help speed up the process of setting up your operations. It is a quick reference guide to the Operation Type set up for new “Job Types”. This screen will facilitate the Operation setup and it assists in establishing & “ticking off” the Job Types linked to an operation within a specific Job Status.
Each Job can have multiple Job Types assigned to it adding the required operations the extra Job Type has.
Example: A Residential job might have Painting type operations only some of the time and Stone Operations other times or both in some cases. Selecting multiple Job Types will add these operations into the Check Lists so they come up on Agenda Screens and Target Calendars.
