PASSWORD SECURITY

Data is a valuable commodity and Jobman has taken the following steps to ensure your company data is protected and secure.

A level 5 access user will find Password Security settings to your site under the Admin>Extra>Config tab. Please ensure that all values are set to Y and the PASSWORD_MIN_LENGTH is at least 8. This will prevent staff from logging into Jobman with passwords that are not secure.

Develop an offboarding process. When a staff member leaves, ensure that you do not delete the staff member but turn their access level to 1 and make them inactive.
