Correspondence allows direct communication with the customers from within Jobman. The Correspondence content is available from Contacts, Jobs and Leads.
To create a new correspondence click on Add Record
Select the Corro Type.
Select the Template (this is from your customised templates and what has been setup in your system).
Click on Email.
A new window will pop up (see below) that will allow you to:
Select a contact as the recipient.
Add an attachment.
Change the subject from the Jobman default.
Add another recipient.
Send the email as a PDF.
To send click on the Send Email button. This will now appear in the list of correspondence for the Job/Lead and will be time and date stamped.
