Correspondence allows direct communication with the customers from within Jobman.
The Correspondence content is available from Contacts, but also from Jobs and Leads.
To create a new correspondence, click on Add Record and select the Corro Type.
By clicking on the Autofill checkbox, Contact Person and Template options become available. Select the Contact Person to send the email to.
Either start typing content or select a predefined layout from the Template options.
The Template options depend on how they were set up in the Admin section and the available options depend on where they are used.
For example: Job Corro options can differ from Lead Corro options.
To send the email, click on the Email button. This also adds the email to the list of all email correspondences.
