Correspondence allows direct communication with the customers from within Jobman. The Correspondence content is available from Contacts, Jobs and Leads

To create a new correspondence click on Add Record

  1. Select the Corro Type
  2. Select the Template (this is from your customised templates and what has been setup in your system).
  3. Click on Email

A new window will pop up (see below) that will allow you to:

  • Select a contact as the recipient.
  • Add an attachment.
  • Change the subject from the Jobman default.
  • Add another recipient.
  • Send the email as a PDF.  

To send click on the Send Email button. This will now appear in the list of correspondence for the Job/Lead and will be time and date stamped.
