CORRESPONDENCE

The correspondence screen can be accessed from the left hand options menu by simply selecting the ‘Correspondence’ button as shown below.

  Note:  the Correspondence shown is relevant to the user access level and staff type.

In the Correspondence screen you can filter all Correspondence by ‘Corro Type’. You also have the functionality to sort the Correspondence by Job Number, Date and time, ‘Corro Type’ and by staff member. 


Job Correspondence 

The Job Specific menu items become active only once a job number has been entered as shown. (You can also use the search icon to find a valid job number through the tablet screen interface) 

Once the desired job is entered or selected and you have pushed Enter, the Job Correspondence menu item will activate. You can now select ‘Job Correspondence’

 The ‘Job Correspondence’ screen shows all the correspondence specific to that job number entered in the previous step. 
 

In the Job Correspondence screen you can filter all Correspondence by ‘Corro Type’. You also have the functionality to sort the Correspondence by Job Number, Date and time, ‘Corro Type’ and by staff member. 

Other options and features to Correspondence screens

The Search functionality  is also available in both ‘Correspondence’ and ‘Job Correspondence’ screens. You can search your correspondence by Job Number, Client Name or by a Member of Staff. The search menu is located at the bottom right of the ‘Job Corro’ tablet screens.  

In each of the Correspondence Screens mentioned above, you also have the ability to Add a Record by pressing    button. This provides you with the same functionality as using the desktop version in which you can create, select and modify Corro templates on a tablet device.
