REPORTING DATE RANGE

Within all the reports available in Jobman, users are able to define periods of time in which they can list and evaluate the data on.

As shown, these date range filters are located to the top right hand section in the majority of report windows in Jobman. 

Defining a Date Range or Time Period in Reports

Initially, to start applying the time period filters the left hand filter is used to establish a viewing period of the data over a selected date or predefined period of time.

The Values in this filter are always the same and they are a selection of either Earlier than, Equal to or Later than as shown below.

‘Earlier Than’– requests efforts or entries from a certain date which includes the exact time to which the entry was made as well as entries before it, starting from 0:00 AM on the selected date.

‘Equal to’– requests efforts or entries from a certain date which will include the exact time to which the entry was made.

‘Later than’ – requests efforts or entries from a certain date which includes the exact time to which the entry was made as well as entries that follows it, starting from 0:00 AM on the selected date.

Defining a time period using a predefined set of time :

In this case, you would select your preferred viewing period from the left hand filter (Earlier than, Equal to, Later than)  then select from a predefined list of time frame parameters as shown below.

 ‘Last Year’ – This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the previous year.
 ‘Last Month’ –This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the previous month.
 ‘Last Week’This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the previous week.
 ‘Yesterday’ –This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the previous day.
 ‘Today’ –This filters data on the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM). 
‘This Week’ –This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the current week.
‘This Month’ –This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the current month.
‘Tomorrow’ –This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the next day.
‘Next week’ This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the following week.
 ‘Next Month’ This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the following month.
 ‘Next Year’ This filters data including the current date from the earliest time value (0:01 AM) to the latest time value (23:59 PM) over the period of the following year.

Defining a time period using a selected Date Range:

Using a selected date range, you would select your preferred viewing period from the left hand filter (Earlier than, Equal to, Later than)  then select a date using the calendar drop down as shown below.
